Putnam Man Indicted For Fatal DWI Crash Involving Bicyclist A Putnam County man has been indicted on charges that he killed a bicyclist while driving drunk. A grand jury voted on Wednesday, March 6 to indict Kent resident Silvio Tenesaca on charges that include vehicular manslaughter for his role in the death of George Rosalino on Nov. 27 last year. Tenesaca was driving in the area of Route 52 and Palmer Trail in Lake Carmel at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27 when he struck Rosalino, who was riding his bike in the area, police said.
