Missing Man Found Dead Living In Region Under Assumed Name, Police Say A longtime Connecticut resident from Northern Fairfield County who has been missing since 2013 has been found dead in an upstate New York apartment living under a different name. On Monday, July 29, 2013, officers from the Newtown Police Department received a call to check on Robert Hoagland as he failed to pick up a family member from the airport, said Newtown Police Lt. Scott P. The fire took place in Sullivan County around 8 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 27 at 132 Haddock Road in Monticello. While en route Sullivan Fire was told that a man that had reportedly jumped from a second-floor window had suffered multiple burns. Tractor-Trailer Crash Causes Road Closure In Area State police are on the scene of a crash in which a piece of equipment fell off of a tractor-trailer during a rollover crash. The crash took place in Sullivan County after 8 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, on Rock Hill Drive in Rock Hill, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Only the tractor-trailer was involved with the incident, Nevel said. Troopers on the scene are still gathering information, but there are no fatal injuries, Nevel said. Justin Finkel, 14, and Devin Zeninger, 16, residents of the hamlet of Rock Hill in Sullivan County, have been identified as the victims who were struck at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, while crossing Glen Wild Road in the town of Thompson.
