Putnam Sheriff's Department Captain Graduates From FBI National Academy A captain from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has officially graduated from the FBI National Academy Program. Road Patrol Captain Harry J. Tompkins III was one of 251 law enforcement officers who graduated from the program, which is located in Quantico, Virginia. The 275th Session of the National Academy comprised both men and women from 47 states. Included amongst them are members of law enforcement groups from D.C., five military organizations, 26 international countries and fire federal civilian organizations. Town Of Poughkeepsie Captain Graduates From FBI Academy Town of Poughkeepsie Capt. Kevin Faber recently graduated from the FBI National Academy's 270th session, according to Chief Ronald J. Spero. The 11-week session included 222 law enforcement executives from 49 states, 20 countries, three military organizations, and four federal civil organizations.
