Man Accused Of Burglarizing Yacht Club In Northern Westchester A 53-year-old man is accused of burglarizing a yacht club in Northern Westchester, police announced.  Buchanan resident John Disclafani was arrested on Thursday, July 18 in connection with an alleged burglary in Cortlandt, New York State Police announced on Friday, July 26. According to state police, at 5:15 a.m. on the day of Disclafani's arrest, a burglary was reported at the King's Ferry Yacht Club at 238 Kings Ferry Rd.  When troopers searched the building, they found Disclafani inside with several prybars, police said. Duo Nabbed After Stealing From Mall In Northern Westchester, Fleeing: Police A man and woman both face charges after stealing merchandise from a shopping mall in Northern Westchester and fleeing, police said. The arrests resulted from an incident on Monday, Oct. 23 just after 5:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to Dick's Sporting Goods at the Jefferson Valley Mall at 650 Lee Blvd. for a reported larceny.  According to the department, police soon learned that the suspects drove off in a gray Audi sedan.
