Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a woman who allegedly found a Westchester resident's wallet and promptly attempted to go on a spending spree using the stolen credit cards. A man walked into Webster Bank on Popham Road in Scarsdale at approximately 11 a.m. on July 18, 2015.
