At approximately 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1, the supporters were caught on camera blocking traffic on the bridge, as Trump supporters blocked other vehicles from passing as they waved flags days before Election Day. Parents Will Be Held Accountable If They Violate Rockland State Of Emergency, County Exec Says Under Rockland County's new state of emergency addressing the "measles outbreak,"  parents could face a misdemeanor charge and be fined if their unvaccinated child violates the declaration.
