Westchester Man, 21, Killed In Motorcycle Crash A 21-year-old Westchester man died from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on Sunday. Jordan Chin of New Rochelle was killed around 1:54 p.m. Sunday following the crash on Memorial Highway near the North Avenue overpass, according to Capt. Cosmo Costa with the New Rochelle Police Department. Chin, who had been driving a 2002 Yamaha, was found by New Rochelle police off the road near the base of a street light pole, Costa said.
