New Date Set: Whole Foods Gets Go-Ahead To Open In Chappaqua Following a brief holdup, Whole Foods has found a new date for its grand opening at Chappaqua Crossing. Earlier this week, developers announced that they would be delaying the scheduled grand opening of Whole Foods, which was scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 12. The initial opening was delayed as officials addressed traffic and safety concerns in the area. With some of those concerns assuaged, developers announced that the market would be officially opening at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15.
