Skipper played two years for Monroe College before making his way to the University of Toledo. Police: Peekskill Athlete In Trio Who Cashed Victim's $2,000 Check With Bogus Driver's License A Peekskill athlete was among a trio of accused ID thieves thwarted -- this time by bank employees and police in New Jersey -- after they tried cashing a bogus check for $2,000 using a driver’s license they’d created from an innocent victim’s personal information, authorities said.
