Disbarred Attorney Accused Of Stealing From Clients Faces Felony Charges A Poughkeepsie attorney who was disbarred last week by the state Supreme Court has been charged with "stealing unearned retainer fees from clients," according to Dutchess County District Attorney William V. Grady.
