Former Putnam Valley Principal Named Director Of Literacy The Chappaqua Central School District Board of Education appointed Jamie Edelman as the next Director of Literacy for kindergarten through 12th grade. The appointment came Wednesday, April 11 during a school board meeting and takes effect on July 1.
