Man Nabbed For Commercial Burglaries In Region, Police Say A man from the region was nabbed by police for the second time for allegedly committing commercial burglaries. Sullivan County resident Justus L. McMoore, age 37 of Monticello, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 8, according to Monticello PD Lt. Mark Johnstone. Report Of Suspicious Vehicle Leads To Weapons, Drug Charges For Monticello Man A 30-year-old man is facing two felony three felony counts and other charges after a report of a suspicious vehicle led to a foot chase that ended with the discovery of weapons and drugs. At 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 31, Police in Sullivan County responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the Sleepy Hollow Apartment Complex located at Terry Lane in the Village of Monticello.
