Police Investigating Possible Luring Incident Involving Young Student In Northern Westchester Authorities are investigating after a man allegedly lured a young student into his yard in Northern Westchester and inappropriately touched the child, police said.  The incident happened on Monday afternoon, April 17, when police in Ossining were called to a location on Dale Avenue where the student had been approached by an adult male, according to a joint statement released by Ossining Police Chief Kevin Sylvester and Ossining Union Free School District Superintendent Raymond Sanchez.  According to the statement, the man lured the student into his yard and possib…
