Putnam Man Three Times Legal Limit Charged In Crash That Injured Teens A 32-year-old man three times the legal blood-alcohol limit injured three teens in a crash in Northern Westchester on Friday, Oct. 26, state police said. Troopers were dispatched to Croton Avenue, in the town of Cortlandt at approximately 7:05 p.m., for a two-car motor vehicle collision with injuries.  An investigation determined Putnam Valley resident Kevin Singleton was traveling south on Croton Avenue, and entered the northbound lane with his 2013 Ford F150.  Singleton struck a northbound 2017 Honda Civic occupied by the three teens, causing injuries to each.
