Duo In Stolen Car Leads Troopers On Chase, Crashes Into Cruiser In Putnam County: Police
Two people face a long list of charges after leading troopers on a chase in a stolen car on a busy parkway in the Hudson Valley and crashing into a police vehicle in the process, authorities said. Brooklyn resident Justin Bumpers, age 28, and Dutchess County resident Jada Joseph of Poughkeepsie, age 23, were arrested on Saturday, Dec. 30 in connection with an incident that happened in Putnam County earlier on the same day, New York State Police announced on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
