Alleged Poughkeepsie Drug Dealer Caught With Heroin, Cash, Sheriff Says An investigation into an alleged heroin dealer in Poughkeepsie led to the bust of a 26-year-old man who was taken into custody by investigators with the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. Members of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a Cannon Street home on Wednesday, Feb. 21, following an investigation into narcotics sales that were taking place at that location and in the immediate surrounding area.
