Man Sentenced To 8 Years In Prison For Heroin Overdose Death
A 32-year-old man has been sentenced to eight years in prison and three years post-release supervision for selling heroin to a woman who later died of an overdose, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Jay Pagan of Maybrook was sentenced by Orange County Court Judge Craig Stephen Brown in connection with selling heroin to the 24-year-old Maybrook woman who died as the result of a possible drug overdose on Jan. 26, the DA's office said.
