Man Tried To Shoot, Kill Three Juveniles In Area, Police Say A 37-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting at three juveniles from his vehicle. Justin Haywood, of Denver, Colorado, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 15, after Town of Poughkeepsie Police responded to the area of Innis Avenue near Arnold Road around 3:48 p.m., said Capt. 14-Year-Old Stabs Another Teen During Altercation In Area, Police Say A 14-year-old teen was arrested for allegedly stabbing a 17-year-old during an incident in the area. The incident took place around 4:19 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, when Town of Poughkeepsie Police responded to a reported stabbing at the Mountain Brook Apartments complex on Innis Avenue, Lt. Shannon Rodriguez said. When officers arrived on the scene they located the 17-year-old victim from Poughkeepsie with a non-life-threatening stab wound, Rodriguez said. Wappingers Falls Duo Caught With Cocaine In Parked Car A Wappingers Falls duo were busted with cocaine after police checked out their parked vehicle, Town of Poughkeepsie Police said. Nathan Green, 31, and Jamie Green, 45, both of Wappingers Falls, were busted Tuesday when an officer on routine patrol in the area of the Salt Point Turnpike and Innis Avenue spotted them parked vehicle in an area known for illegal drug use, Town of Poughkeepsie Police said.
