The state Senate passed several bills this week, including one bill that is popular among animal welfare advocates that would ban inhumane declawing of felines. 'Strange Coyotes' Spotted In Somers: Find Out When, Where A pair of coyotes described by a local resident as "strange" were spotted this week in Northern Westchester. The duo were out and about in a West Somers Park neighborhood.
