Drunk Driver Crashes Vehicle Into Southeast Condo Complex, Putnam Sheriff Says A drunk driver has been arrested after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a Southeast condominium complex, according to Putnam Sheriff Robert L. Langley. Thursday, Jan. 17 after 8 p.m., police were dispatched to a report of a one-vehicle accident crash into a building in the Holly Stream condominium complex in the Town of Southeast. After further investigation, police arrested the vehicle’s driver, 61-year-old Frank Goor of Southeast, for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
