Police Investigate Car Vandalism Case In Northern Westchester Police in North Castle were called in to investigate a suspicious incident when a local resident reported that a piece of her car may have been deliberately removed. Officers from the North Castle Police Department received a report from a Hemlock Hollow Road resident on Tuesday, Feb. 19 of the criminal mischief involving a filler plate that had been removed from the left side of her vehicle.
