The incident took place in Orange County around 10 p.m. in the city of Newburgh around 10 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27. According to the City of Newburgh Police Department, officers responded to the home in the area of City Terrace and Van Ness Street after receiving multiple calls of shots fired. Man Shot, Killed At Home In Hudson Valley A man was shot and killed during a dispute at a Hudson Valley home. The incident took place in Rockland County around 11:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17 in Stony Point on Mott Farm Road. According to Lt. Greg Becker, of the Stony Point Police, Jason Colwell, age 47, of Garnerville, a hamlet of Haverstraw, was found dead from gunshot wounds. The victim, a man in his 20s, was discovered around 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, when Danbury police officers responded to the area of 67 Rowan St., on the report of shots fired.  Responding officers found the unidentified suffering from gunshot wounds on the ground in a nearby yard, said Det.
