'The Hive,' $10M Development Planned For Area, Includes Food Mart, Brewery
If plans continue as projected, Poughkeepsie residents will soon have a $10 million development where they will be able to shop, eat, enjoy a freshly brewed beer and even live.
Called "The Hive," a partnership between MASS Design Group and R. L. Baxter Building Corporation, the developers and the city are hoping to offer downtown resident's a walkable, one-stop destination.
