Expect Delays: Monthslong Route 22 Lane Closures To Start There will be single lane closures for more than a month on Route 22 in Westchester as crews begin a gas main replacement project. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that lane closures have been scheduled on weekdays beginning on Monday, Aug. 27 and through October from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Montgomery Avenue in Eastchester and Scarsdale Boulevard, in the village.
