Homicide Fugitive Nabbed In Hudson Valley, Police Say A woman who has been on the run for allegedly killing her boyfriend was nabbed in the region. Stephanie M. Vance, age 26, of the city of Philadelphia in Neshoba County, Mississippi, was apprehended by Dutchess County Sheriff's deputies in the town of Pleasant Valley on Thursday, Jan. 11 on a homicide warrant from the State of Mississippi.
