Putnam Sheriff's Deputies Cited For Lifesaving Action Three Putnam County Sheriff's Office deputies were honored as "First Responders of the Month," for January by State Sen. Pete Harckham. The ceremony, which honored three deputies Randel Hill, Andrew Kristan, and Benjamin Levine, was held during a ceremony last week at the Putnam Sheriff's Substation in Cold Spring.
