Caregiver In Area Accused Of Stealing Thousands Of Dollars, Jewelry A woman caring for the elderly in Dutchess County is facing a host of charges after allegedly stealing from the people she was tasked with caring for in Milan. Susan Niekrewicz, of Elizaville, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 10 following an ongoing investigation into the exploitation of vulnerable adults, according to Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Born on June 20, 1981 in Rhinebeck, he was the son of Renee’ L. Lutz of Staatsburg. Bryan had many interests. He was an accomplished artist (particularly oil painting), and he enjoyed writing poetry, carpentry, and he loved to cook.
