Man Charged With New Sex Offenses Allegedly Committed In Peekskill
A 23-year-old Northern Westchester man already in custody for allegedly having sexual contact with a minor is facing additional charges following further investigation that determined he sexually abused a second child in Westchester, state police said on Friday, Feb. 23. Peekskill resident Elisha Henry was arrested and charged with a felony count of first-degree sexual abuse on Monday, Feb. 19 in Wappinger, after an investigation determined that he had engaged in sexual activity with a child under the age of 11.
