Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed Near Hudson Valley Elementary School, Police Say An accused drug dealer was nabbed with a large quantity of fentanyl for sale in front of an elementary school in the region, police said. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Thursday, Feb. 1, in the City of Poughkeepsie in front of Clinton Elementary School. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, Joseph P. Parquet, age 32, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell during an ongoing investigation by the task force. Hudson Valley Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed During Ongoing Investigation, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was charged with the sale of a controlled substance during an ongoing investigation into fentanyl and drug sales in the region. Orange County resident Takai Jackson, age 27, of Newburgh, was busted by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force on Tuesday, Jan. 9 in Poughkeepsie. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County task force, during the investigation Jackson was identified as moving drugs in the region. Hudson Valley Drug Dealer Busted By Task Force, Police Say A Hudson Valley alleged drug dealer was busted by the Drug Task Force following a warrant search of his home. Dutchess County resident Anthony Howlett, age 32, from the town of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 21 with criminal sale of a controlled substance. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris, of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, agents opened an investigation into Howlett for selling narcotics in the Poughkeepsie area.
