Two Store Clerks Charged During Underage Drinking Detail In Area Two store clerks were charged during an Underage Drinking Initiative conducted by state police on Sunday, Oct. 22 in the Dutchess County towns of North East, Amenia and Dover, all in Dutchess County. The two charged with selling alcoholic beverages to an underage individual (a Class A misdemeanor) are: Courtney A. Heiser, 20, of North East, employed at Cumberland Farms on Main Street in the village of Millerton. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of North East Court on Oct. 30. Syed H.
