20-Year-Old Charged With Murdering His Father In Putnam County A 20-year-old man has been charged with murdering his father following a lengthy investigation that began after a home fire that happened late last year in the area. After a lengthy investigation, Investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division arrested  Louis Joseph Weber IV on Sunday, Aug. 23. Upon arrival to the scene, Deputies discovered a trailer home that was fully engulfed in flames.
