Well-Known Man Killed After Crashing 1941 Classic Car, CT State Police Say A well-known 75-year-old man was killed when he lost control of the classic car he was driving and was ejected from the vehicle.  Arthur Kelly of Southington was driving a 1941 Willys Model 441 on North Main St., in Southington, when he crossed the double yellow lines near Dunkin Donuts and collided with a parked, unoccupied vehicle off the road and shoulder, said Southington Police Sgt. Jeffrey Dobratz. Kelly was ejected from his vehicle and sustained serious injuries. Annual Auto Show Coming Soon To Yorktown In the market for a new car? Or, just interested in checking out some vintage or classic cars?  Yorktown's 7th Annual Auto Show promises to have it all -- including raffles for kids' cars.  This year's show is on Saturday, June 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, June 10. Sponsored by the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, the show features 2018 and 2019 cars and trucks being sold by area dealers.  The show takes place on Commerce Street, Downing Drive and Kear Street.  More details can be found online by clicking here.
