Fired Area Teacher's Aide Accused Of Bringing Gun To School Enters Plea A 24-year-old teacher’s aide who brought a loaded gun into a Rockland County school has pleaded not guilty to charges that include criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds. Warwick resident Gillian Jeffords pleaded not guilty to the felony charge at her arraignment in Clarkstown Justice Court, where an Order of Protection was also issued, barring her from the Jess Kaplan School of the BOCES campus in West Nyack, police said.
