Man Charged With Felony DWI After Crash Near Roma Building A 57-year-old Ossining man was charged with felony DWI following a car accident on Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown Tuesday. Chrstopher Walsh was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, a felony, driving while intoxicated, a felony and following too closely. Walsh was charged with felony DWI due to a prior conviction in 2014. On Tuesday afternoon,  police received a report of an erratic driver.
