Police in Ulster County responded to a report of a suspicious person on Oak Street in Barclay Heights in the town of Saugerties at about 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, the Saugerties Police Department reported. Local Business Owner Helps Police Apprehend Wanted Fugitive An area business owner helped police capture a fugitive from justice wanted for a robbery. The incident took place in Ulster County when Saugerties Police responded to the Dunkin' Donuts on Ulster Avenue in the Village of Saugerties.
