Man Steals Handgun, Other Items In Dover Burglary, Police Say A lengthy investigation by state police has led to the arrest of a 36-year-old man who allegedly stole several items, including a handgun, from a Dutchess County home last year. In August last year, state police troopers launched an investigation into the burglary of a Weil Road residence in Dover, when two metal detectors, a Husqvarna chainsaw and Ruger .357 handgun were all reported stolen.
