The incident took place on Tuesday, April 16, on Wenliss Terrace, when an existing water main was broken due to unknown existing water main pipe location, village officials said. Boil Water Notice In Effect After Pressure Restored To One-Third Of Danbury A boil water notice is in effect for all Danbury water customers until further notice following a large water main break that left one-third of the city without water, according to city officials.The problem began Monday and grew in scope early Tuesday when a 16-inch water line broke underneath Tamarack Avenue and Hayestown avenues broke.
