Police: Wappingers Falls Man Attempted To Rob Customers, Carjack Vehicles A Dutchess County man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly ingesting drugs, forcibly stealing from a CVS customer and attempting to carjack vehicles from the parking lot, state police said. Wappingers Falls resident Anthony Abbot, 34, was apprehended by state police troopers in Marlborough after allegedly causing a scene at the CVS Pharmacy on Riverview Drive last week.
