Crash Leaves Dutchess County 32-Year-Old In Serious Condition, Police Say A 32-year-old man is in serious condition following an early morning crash in the region. The collision occurred in Dutchess County in the town of Fishkill around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 7 in the area of Route 9D and I-84. According to the Town of Fishkill Police, officers responded to the area after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting a car versus a pedestrian crash. A drunk driver backing out of a parking space hit two vehicles before continuing in reverse and slamming into the front of Enzo's Restaurant in the Village of Mamaroneck, according to police.
