Busy Area Street Reopens After Report Of Shots Fired A busy area roadway has reopened following a report of shots fired in the area, police said. The incident took place around 11:19 a.m., Wednesday, March 20, when City of Poughkeepsie police received several 911 reports of shots fired in the area of 82 Washington St., said Det. Lt. Matt Clark.
