The accident occurred in Rockland County around 2:50 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13 in the area of N. Liberty Drive and Wayne Avenue in Stony Point. According to Lt. Greg Becker, the teen was riding a motorbike when he collided with a privately owned plow truck. 14-Year-Old Charged With Making Active Shooter 911 Call At Hudson Valley HS, Police Say A 14-year-old boy from the Hudson Valley has been charged with falsely reporting an incident after allegedly calling 911 to report an active shooter at an area high school.  The incident took place in Orange County around 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 26 at Pine Bush High School in Pine Bush.
