The tradition began to raise money so the youth treatment agency, a nonprofit, could construct an aviary, said lohud.com.

Sunday's event showcased the agency's expanse wildlife center, reported lohud.com.

The center, on a 175-acre site, currently rescues 150 birds yearly and has a wildlife center for "American bald eagles to camels" to be housed, lohud.com reported.
