Reitz, the results show, garnered 25,705 votes (62.09 percent), while Capone has 15,684 (37.89 percent).
Reitz ran on the Republican, Conservative, Independence and Reform Party ballot lines. Capone ran on the Democratic, Working Families and Women's Equality Party lines.
Returns for all 172 election districts have come in.
Meanwhile, in Philipstown, Camille S. Linson won the race for Town Justice, defeating Faye Thorpe.
Linson is the Democratic candidate, while Thorpe is the Republican candidate. The two each have one additional minor-party ballot line.

The quietest judicial race in Putnam, meanwhile, happened in Carmel, where Town Justice Joseph J. Spofford, Jr. won re-election unopposed. Unofficial results show that he won with 11,130 votes (99.86 percent).
Spofford, the Republican candidate, also had the Conservative, Independence and Reform Party ballot lines.
