Mahopac Driver Found Sleeping Behind Wheel Charged

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Mahopac man was arrested Sunday after the car he was driving was found stopped in the middle of the exit ramp from the Taconic State Parkway to Route 6.

Corey D. Biddle, 20, was arrested on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

State Police from the Hawthorne barracks found Biddle sleeping behind the wheel. Further investigation revealed that Biddle was impaired by drugs.

Biddle was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on Feb. 19.
