Deputy Sheriff Matthew Tunney said he stopped Carrie Beth Hernandez, 32, after she committed a traffic violation, and subsequently discovered she had a suspended license.
She was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Hernandez was released on her own recognizance and was ordered to appear Sept. 14 in Patterson Justice Court.
