Retired Firefighter's Family Seeks Answers In Dutchess Cycling Accident

UNION VALE, N.Y. – The family of a victim of a cycling accident in Union Vale is still seeking answers two weeks later, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

John M. Dunn, 66, a retired Yonkers firefighter, was found with serious injuries on the morning of Sept. 6 on Bloomer Road in Union Vale.

No damage to his bike or the helmet he was wearing occurred, reports the Journal.

He remains unconscious in critical condition at Westchester Medical Center, and state police have put out a public plea for more information.
