Putnam Humane Society Introduces 'Bambi'

CARMEL, N.Y. – Bambi, a puggle/pit bull/boxer mix, is hoping that someone will take her home for Valentine’s Day, say the folks at the Putnam Humane Society.

The shelter, located in Carmel, says the 2-year-old female with big, brown eyes is affectionate, playful, and the perfect size for a doggy companion.

Bambi and other dogs are all up for adoption and can be visited at the shelter daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cat lovers can visit the kitties from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
