Mahopac Man Has Been Missing More Than Two Years

MAHOPAC, N.Y. -- No one has seen Michael John Wright of Mahopac since April 14, 2014, in Yonkers, where he liked to eat pizza and pet dogs, according to NamUs, the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System.

Officials are asking for help in locating Mike Wright who has been missing since April 2014.

Wright, who goes by Mike, has lived in Woodcrest Gardens in Mahopac but was last seen in Yonkers on Hudson Street. 

The missing man is described as being a big guy with big hair, polite and helpful. He likes people, dogs, and pizza, said NamUs. 

Wright, 62, is usually walking or riding a public bus, officials said.

He is 6-feet to 6-feet-3-inches tall and weighs between 200 and 240 pounds. He was last seen wearing jeans, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes or boots. He has a scar on his back and on one knee.
