Toxicology reports also stated that Viafore had a blood alcohol concentration of .066, below the legal limit. Viafore went missing on April 19. His fiancée, Angelika Graswald, 35, of Poughkeepsie, contacted authorities saying she was unable to locate him after he capsized.
