She shared memories and discussed diverse topics, including being a working mother and juggling quality time with her five children; being the firstborn of America's most beloved showbiz couple, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and what it was like growing up with them as Hollywood parents; and her life in showbiz.

Arnaz’s son Joe Luckinbill, who is a talented guitar player, has been a guitar instructor at Mike Risko Music for the past two years. Arnaz spoke about the importance of having music in your life, and how it was important to her growing up with a father who was a musician. “Music is in my soul. It just makes me feel better. Although, I wish I had practiced my piano more. I look at a music school like this and wish I had taken it more seriously,” said Arnaz.

She also spoke about how unfortunate it is that music programs are being cut, and she praised Mike Risko Music for providing quality music education and programs. “This place is really beautiful,” she said.

The event was a kickoff to a new “Conversations With” program at Mike Risko Music, which will bring in musicians, artists, authors and celebrities to share their professional and personal experiences with the community.
